Japan Host

 

The successful Japan Host program was launched in 2019 and was developed in partnership with Japan's leading wholesalers, Japan Yonshakai. Originally rolled out in Western Australia, in partnership with Tourism WA, the program will  now be delivered Nationally thanks to the support of Tourism Australia. 
 

The online program commences in October 2020 with Queensland and runs through to April 2021 visiting (virtually) each state. 

The program consists of four 90 min modules: 

MODULE 1 – INTRODUCTION & CULTURE READY 

  •  Japan market, culture & customer service 

MODULE 2 – PRODUCT READY 

  • The Japanese traveller, destination & getting product ready 

MODULE 3 – SERVICE READY

  • Service quality

MODULE 4 – TRADE READY 

  • Japan’s travel distribution system & promotion

Graduates of the Japan Host program receive digital recognition ‘badging’, and all of the Tools & Resources needed to assist welcoming Japanese visitors. The cost of the full program is $50.00 (inc GST) per person.
