ATEC is committed to education and mentoring for business growth.  One of our key roles is to deliver relevant, current and informative guidelines and tools for businesses seeking to attract international tourists.  Working in the export arena is very different to the domestic market and ATEC offers comprehensive mentoring and training programs designed specifically to bridge the gap between the local market and the global stage.

High off the back of a hugely successful inaugural ELITE class in 2015, ATEC are now are searching for the next crop of outstanding individuals of the inbound tourism community, who at the early stages of their career, are looking to make their mark as an emerging leader in 2016.

ELITE welcomes potential participants in the program to be part the class of 2016, as well as their engaged employers to invest in the development of their rising stars.

ELITE sets a benchmark for industry excellence. The 12 week program will commence in August 2016. Applications will open in March 2016 for both ELITE participants, and the mentors whom will coach them now, and in to the future. Applications are now open: APPLY NOW


Is your business International Ready?

 

KITE is ATEC’s International Ready education program, standing for Know-How for Inbound Tourism Excellence. KITE is aimed at tourism businesses at all levels of their inbound strategy cycle, delivering programmes from entry level export and international marketplace know-how, to market-specific workshops and specialist topic webinars.
KITE is delivered by industry champions, delivering a grass roots message- ‘industry talking to industry’. The ATEC endorsed trainers have the experience to lend their personal expertise to all topics.  

KITE provides know-how to ensure businesses can make more fully informed decisions regarding their inbound tourism direction. It enables product to enhance their offering to meet market needs through engaging with fellow industry and industry experts, plus an understanding of how to better engage with the distribution network.
