The success of the Australian tourism export industry depends on the delivery of quality services which fully meet the needs and expectations of international visitors. International visitor arrivals to Australia expand annually, with new markets emerging rapidly. The future expansion of inbound tourism depends on all types of tourism export operators conducting their businesses in a fair, honest, ethical and professional manner. Only by doing so can the reputation of the industry be enhanced so that customer demand will continue to grow.
This code is a mechanism for you to measure your business’ preparedness for operating in the export marketplace which in turn can deliver true bottom line and competitive advantages.
