Applying for ATEC MembershipIn order to qualify for the high standards of professionalism, quality and credibility needed for the ATEC membership, we ask that you complete the following five-step process to submit your application:

1. Completed application form
Your form should include the signatures of two current ATEC members - please feel free to contact us for assistance if required.

2. Company profile
Please provide a maximum 150-word description of your business.
3. Registration of business or trading name certificate
4. Company extract or listing of Directors and Shareholders/Board
5. Public liability insurance
Please supply a copy of your certificate of currency, minimum $10 million cover.
6. Professional Indemnity Insurance
Please supply a copy of certificate of currency, minimum $500,000 cover
7. Travel agent's licence
Please supply a copy of the certificate
8. Four written references
These should be from current ATEC members.
Should you wish to apply, please note that payment details are required with your application; however payments will only be processed upon your membership approval by the board. Options for credit card payment are on the application form. The amount payable for fees depends upon your membership category and the time of year that you will be approved by the board to join ATEC. Please see the application form to determine the amount due.
