ATEC welcomes clarification of Passenger Movement Charge August 18, 2010 The Australian Tourism Export Council (ATEC) has welcomed a clarification by Federal Agriculture Minister Tony Burke that the Labor Party would not increase the Passenger Movement Charge (PMC) if re-elected this weekend.
